Free Youth Transit Pass

Starting Sept. 1, 2022, riders 18 and younger can take transit for free thanks to Move Ahead Washington, a statewide transportation funding package.

Across the Puget Sound region, youth will be able to ride free on any of the following transit agencies:

Pierce Transit
Sound Transit
Community Transit
Everett Transit
King County Metro
King County Water Taxi
Kitsap Ferries
Kitsap Transit

How to get a free youth transit pass

If you already have an ORCA card:
Keep that card and use it like you normally would. You can register your ORCA card at myORCA.com

If you don't have an ORCA card: You may request an ORCA card at myORCA.com
